JOE SATRIANI: dettagli del nuovo album e due brani in anteprima
Il guitar heroe Joe Satriani pubblicherà il nuovo album ‘Shapeshifting’ il prossimo 10 Aprile per Sony Music / Legacy Recordings.
Il nuovo album è co-prodotto da Satriani e Jim Scott (Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers…) e con la collaborazione sello storico socio John Cuniberti per il mastering. Per questo nuovo disco Joe si è affiancato di nuovi e vecchi collaboratori quali il legendario batterista Kenny Aronoff (John Fogerty), il bassista Chris Chaney (Jane’s Addiction) e il tastierista Eric Caudieux, con contributi aggiuntivi da parte di Lisa Coleman (The Revolution) e Christopher Guest.
Come anticipazione da ‘Shapeshifting’, il mitico Joe Satriani ha rilasciato in streaming due tracce che potete ascoltare di seguito, ‘Big Distortion’ e ‘Nineteen Eighty’:
