‘Peace… Like A River’, dodicesimo album in studio dei Gov’t Mule, presenta anche apparizioni come ospiti di Billy Bob Thornton, Celisse e Billy F Gibbons.
‘Peace… Like A River’ è stato registrato durante le stesse sessioni di ‘Heavy Load Blues’ al The Power Station New England con il co-produttore John Paterno (Elvis Costello, Los Lobos, Bonnie Raitt) al fianco di Haynes. Gli album, tuttavia, sono stati creati in stanze diverse, senza attrezzature o strumenti condivisi, mantenendo i due progetti concorrenti con la propria identità e carattere unici.
